The 5,000sq.m. Luxury Mall, to be launched by foreign-owned Luxury Life Real Estate Co. in the capital’s Ocean Park building, will have 30 shops, selling a variety of big-ticket items like dresses and jewelry.

It would be the first luxury shopping center in Hanoi, offering “6-star standard services” to cater to an increasing number of Vietnamese consumers with higher incomes and demands, the company’s CEO, David Porta, said.
